The role of a part-time Sales Associate is for high-octane individuals with ambition, who will manage client accounts, blend customer service with sales skills, and be a primary point of contact for clients.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to obtain a Life Producer license within the first two weeks of employment.
Ability to analyze account metrics and provide clear insights.

Previous experience in customer service, leadership, or management.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and positive experience.
Share financial knowledge regarding investments, savings, and other financial topics.
Develop customized financial plans for clients, including budgeting and investment strategies.
Increase account value through upselling and cross-selling.
Connect with clients in a professional and engaging manner, avoiding cold calls and door-knocking.
