About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is a retail platform operating the Express and Bonobos brands. Express is a multichannel apparel brand focused on modern, confident, and effortless style. The Sales Associate provides a great in-store shopping experience for retail customers and assists with additional store tasks, including stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise. The position is at the Las Vegas Prem North store.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 6 months of relevant job experience; listed experience range is 0–2 years.
Proficiency using technology, including iPads and registers.
Availability meeting defined criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.
Customer service skills and ability to interact with customers.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers, the sales leadership team, and associates.
Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; the company does not sponsor work visas for this position.

Previous retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to help ensure the store is safe and inviting to customers.
Follow company policies and procedures to help ensure the safety of associates and customers.
Assist with product launch changes according to company standard operating procedures.
Deliver all aspects of the customer experience model.
Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait times.
Resolve customer service issues positively, determine an appropriate resolution or escalate the issue, and communicate issues and resolutions to Store Management.
Promote credit and loyalty member programs by explaining their benefits and encouraging customer participation.
Perform other essential functions as directed by a supervisor.
Assist with stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise.
