About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you are the welcoming face of a customer-centered store environment that reflects WHBM’s culture of hospitality. You work with the team to build genuine customer connections, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service. The role also supports store performance through personal goals and assistance with merchandising, inventory replenishment, organization, and maintaining brand visual standards. This is a regular, part-time position at the Staten Island Mall store in Staten Island, New York, with an hourly pay range of $17.00 to $21.25.

Requirements

• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum age of 16 in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; minimum age of 18 in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
