About The Position

Boot Factory Outlet is NOW HIRING Sales Associates for their brand-new store in Arlington, Texas. This is an opportunity to join a growing team in a fast-paced retail environment. The company is a leader in the western and work boot industry, offering a wide selection of brands and a popular 'Buy One Pair, Get Two Pairs FREE' promotion. The role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with selections, maintaining product knowledge, keeping the sales floor organized, and working with a team to achieve sales goals.

Requirements

Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoy working with people.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment.
Dependable, motivated, and enjoy being part of a team.
Previous retail or sales experience — a plus, but not required!
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds, bending, climbing, reaching, and standing/walking for the entire shift.
Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.
Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.

Have a high school diploma or GED, preferred.
