The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and engaging customers. This role is designed to fit your lifestyle, with flexibility to work during peak hours (evenings, weekends, holidays, and high-traffic periods) to support store operations and deliver exceptional fan experiences. You will share product knowledge, inspire customers to style their jewelry, and contribute to a passionate brand culture.

Requirements

At least 18 years or older.
Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Results-oriented seller.
Demonstrated care in written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
