About The Position
Sales Associates are vital to Sunglass Hut’s success, providing customers with an authentic, fun, and energetic experience while helping them find premium-quality eyewear. The role focuses on meeting sales expectations, building customer relationships, recommending eyewear suited to individual needs and preferences, and contributing to a welcoming, inclusive store environment. Associates collaborate with teammates and leadership, participate in hands-on training, and help keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing. This is a casual part-time position at Sunglass Hut Macy’s. Retail or customer-service experience is a plus, while enthusiasm for helping customers and creating positive experiences is emphasized. Compensation depends on factors such as geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum-wage requirements. A competitive bonus and/or commission plan may also be offered.
