With over 140 stores, they offer a wide selection of high-quality tile products, exclusive designs, expert staff, and amazing customer service. The Sales Associate role involves proactively greeting customers, developing lasting customer relationships, conducting follow-up communication, selling tile and related products to exceed customer expectations, understanding product installation and use to educate customers, tracking individual sales goals, tracking store orders, providing product updates, and maintaining a professional manner. Expected 1st-year earnings are 45K to 75K in a draw plus commission payment structure.

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet customers professionally
