About The Position

Tire Discounters is a family-owned and operated tire and automotive service retailer focused on transparency, care, people, safety, and delivering a positive experience to customers and team members. As a Sales Associate, you will serve as an expert on auto maintenance and repair, help drive sales, and support customer satisfaction. The role includes recommending appropriate products and services, conducting customer outreach, managing service tickets, maintaining the store, and assisting the shop and team as needed. Requirements

• Retail sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on Saturdays.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Must be 18 or older.
