About The Position

Aaron’s Sales Associates engage directly with customers on the showroom floor, help them find products that meet their needs, and contribute to a positive sales environment. The role also includes cleaning, organizing, and moving merchandise, as well as clerical work such as creating and maintaining customer files. The work can be physically demanding; training and tools are provided to support safe work practices.

The hourly pay range is $17.00 to $18.75, with eligibility for performance-based incentive pay. Benefits vary by full-time and part-time employment status.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to work a schedule of hours varying from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with assistance from appropriate equipment and/or another associate.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be a team player focused on shared goals.
• Have a desire to make a positive difference for customers.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• High energy and the ability to effectively perform all functions of the store.
• Proper telephone etiquette.
• Maintain a professional appearance.

Responsibilities
