Our Sales Associates are responsible for greeting customers, providing honest and informative answers to questions, making suggestions about products that customers might want, and performing necessary tasks for efficient department operation. All JAX employees are expected to provide excellent customer service, engaging with people and sharing excitement about our store.

Requirements

Prior customer service experience
Willing to pitch-in where needed
Cashiering experience desired
Computer proficiency required
Works well with others
Organizational skills

Open availability on Sundays and Mondays

Previous knowledge or experience with Work and Western Wear brands preferred

Responsibilities

Stocking shelves
Assisting the Department Manager
Providing customer feedback to Department Managers and the Buyers Team
Accurately processing payments
Helping with visual merchandising
Maintaining a clean and well-stocked area
Stocking and loading out items for all departments, some of which can weigh about 50 pounds
Complete record-keeping tasks and contributing to reports
Learning about products to provide better answers to customer questions
Assisting in loss prevention efforts
Communicating professionally
Presenting a professional appearance and demeanor
Taking steps to advance teamwork and develop solid working relationships with co-workers
Assisting in inventory responsibilities
