As a Sales Associate, you are a welcoming presence in a customer-centered environment shaped by hospitality. You work with the team to build genuine customer connections, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service. You also support store performance and operations through merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization, while helping maintain an inspiring environment that meets brand standards.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum age of 16 in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; minimum age of 18 in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.

• Assist store leaders with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
