About The Position

Aaron’s Sales Associates work on the showroom floor, engaging directly with customers and helping them find products that meet their needs. They contribute to sales, maintain a positive sales-floor environment, and may clean, organize, and move merchandise. The role also includes clerical work, such as creating and maintaining customer files, and assisting customers and prospective customers in person and by telephone. The work can be physically demanding; training and tools are provided to support safe work practices. The position pays $13.25 to $14.00 per hour and is eligible for performance-based incentive pay. The schedule varies within store hours of 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; locations are open six days per week, with Sunday off and one additional weekday off. Benefits vary according to full-time or part-time status.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Able to work a schedule of hours varying from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds independently and up to 300 pounds with assistance from appropriate equipment and/or another associate.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Be a team player focused on shared goals.
Have a desire to make a positive difference for customers.

Nice To Haves
