About The Position

Michael Kors is seeking a fashion-minded Sales Associate to work in a creative, fast-paced environment. The role focuses on generating sales, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining merchandise and inventory, and completing store operations in accordance with company policies. The associate will build repeat client relationships, address customer concerns, and participate in training and development activities as directed by store management.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals and use elevated sales and service standards to maximize sales performance.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of merchandise.
• Monitor sale details, including shipping, alterations when applicable, and special requests, to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Comply with sales-related policies and procedures.
• Maintain an interest in the fashion industry and market trends.
• Provide the highest level of customer service.
• Build and maintain repeat clientele and use the client book.
• Resolve client problems and complaints quickly and effectively while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Keep the selling floor and merchandise neat, organized, and stocked.
• Assist with maintaining inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floor.
• Assist with stock, shipping, receiving protocols and policies, and related paperwork.
• Participate in inventories.
• Comply with Point-of-Sale policies and procedures and properly execute relevant register functions.
• Adhere to the work schedule, including time and attendance requirements.
• Participate in relevant training and development seminars, programs, and meetings as directed by store management.
