Sales Associate - Entry Level
About The Position
North Rising Star is adding to the team and looking for people who are confident, competitive, and comfortable working directly with customers. You’ll start with hands-on training to learn our campaigns, approach, and sales process before putting those skills into practice in a face-to-face environment. Your first few weeks will focus on learning how to approach and engage new customers, understand the campaigns you’re representing, present information clearly and confidently, identify customer interest and respond to questions, develop stronger sales and communication techniques, and work toward individual and team targets. As you become more confident, you’ll have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and continue developing within the team.
