We are looking for an experienced Sales Associate to join our Evansville location.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Managing phone communications - making and answering phone calls to support patients, providers, and internal staff.
- Scheduling patient appointments.
- Coordinating and maintaining patient appointment schedules accurately and efficiently.
- Processing orders in the medical records system - entering, updating, and managing patient orders within the electronic medical records system.
- Multitasking across administrative duties - handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Inventory management - Ordering, receiving, and tracking inventory to ensure supplies are available and properly documented.
