About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for its Express store at Orlando Vineland Premium. The Sales Associate provides retail customers with a great in-store shopping experience and helps with additional store tasks, including stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise. The role supports a clean, organized, safe, and inviting store environment; accurate and efficient transactions; and positive resolution of customer service issues. Associates also explain and promote credit and loyalty programs. The position requires at least six months of relevant experience, proficiency with technology such as iPads and registers, availability that includes nights, weekends, and non-business hours, and the ability to meet physical requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months of relevant job experience; the listed experience range is 0–2 years.
• Proficiency with technology, including iPads and registers.
• Availability that meets defined criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• Ability to interact with customers and provide customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers, the sales leadership team, and associates.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.

• Previous retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to ensure the store is safe and inviting to customers.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to company standard operating procedures.
• Deliver all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait times.
• Positively resolve customer service-related issues, determine a resolution or escalate issues, and communicate issues and resolutions to Store Management.
• Explain the benefits of credit and loyalty programs and encourage customers to participate.
• Assist with additional tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise.
• Perform other essential functions as directed by a supervisor.
