About The Position

A Stio Mountain Studio™ Sales Associate is responsible for exceptional interactions with all Stio customers at our retail locations. Sales Associates are required to deliver an outstanding level of customer service, which includes but is not limited to knowledge of the brand story and product, customer engagement, and selling. Requirements

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays required

Proactive learner who’s eager to be part of a new, growing Stio team in our first Northeast retail location
Computer proficiency and POS experience

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Retail and/or sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment in the Mountain Studio, providing exceptional customer service alongside your teammates
Provide knowledgeable and up to date details of Stio products, sales, and pricing
Maintain visual store aesthetic through routine cleaning, mannequin changes, organizing displays and general tidying of the floor
Receive inventory shipments, restock inventory on the sales floor, and maintain an organized backstock
Other operational duties including answering phones and fulfilling customer service shipments
Utilize Point of Sale system to accurately and efficiently process customer transactions; payments, refunds/exchanges and gift cards
