About The Position
As a Sales Associate, you represent Von Maur and help shape its reputation as America’s Leading Department Store. You make a lasting impression on customers’ shopping experiences by providing service, building relationships, sharing product knowledge, and supporting the department’s sales and presentation. This is a seasonal position.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers sincerely, be friendly, and thank every customer.
- Develop customer relationships to grow your business.
- Use product knowledge and highlight store services to create a positive customer experience.
- Ring POS transactions and enter account information.
- Maintain a visually appealing and clean department.
- Achieve individual sales and account goals.
- Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
