About The Position

As a Sales Associate at Chico’s, you are the welcoming face of a customer-centered store environment built around hospitality. You help foster genuine customer connections by learning about customers’ needs, sharing product knowledge, and providing personalized service. You also support store performance and presentation through sales goals, merchandising, inventory replenishment, and organization, while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum age of 16 in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; minimum age of 18 in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.

• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
