About The Position

Kiokii And is a premier one-stop retail platform offering trendy Asian products across North America. We provide a wide selection of high-quality and best-selling products from Asia, including cosmetics, skincare, beauty, accessories, and lifestyle items. With our rapid growth, we currently operate 28 stores across North America, with many more to come! We are excited to announce the opening of our new store at Place Ste-Foy and are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Full-Time Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service while leveraging your product knowledge to support and guide customers.

Requirements

Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is an asset.
A passion for the Asian beauty industry and a commitment to continuously learning about products and trends to better serve customers.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
A team-oriented mindset with a friendly, positive, and energetic personality.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing customer and inventory needs.
Basic math skills to support inventory counts and loss prevention efforts.
Commitment to following company policies and workplace health and safety standards.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Comfortable handling cash and processing transactions accurately.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
Comfortable using ladders or step stools to access higher shelves and storage areas.
Ability to work in a retail environment that may involve moderate noise levels, bright lighting, and temperature fluctuations.
Ability to work seven (7) days a week.

Responsibilities

Greet all customers with enthusiasm and deliver an exceptional shopping experience in a friendly and professional manner.
Assess customer needs and answer inquiries by asking open-ended questions and providing personalized recommendations based on your product knowledge.
Stay informed about current sales and promotions to keep customers updated and enhance their shopping experience.
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system and Kiokii Rewards Loyalty Program.
Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and long-term brand loyalty.
Receive incoming inventory, including unloading, unpacking, and inspecting products for accuracy and damage.
Organize products on the sales floor and in storage areas according to inventory procedures.
Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in resolving stock discrepancies or overstock situations.
Ensure all products are properly labeled, priced, and displayed according to company standards.
Assist with store opening and setup activities.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
