Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • At least one year of retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and confidently

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and help them find products that fit their needs, Answer incoming calls professionally and direct customers appropriately, Assist customers with orders, applications, and product questions, Verify customer information and schedule delivery appointments, Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Support Sales & Store Growth: Help drive sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge, Learn current promotions and advertising campaigns to confidently explain offers to customers, Assist with in-store marketing and promotional efforts, Contribute ideas to help attract new customers and grow the business.
  • Manage Payments & Customer Records: Process customer payments accurately, including in-store, delivery, and mailed payments, Maintain responsibility for balancing and handling the cash drawer, Create and maintain organized customer files and rental agreements, Enter customer information and agreements into the system accurately.
  • Maintain the Showroom: Help keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing, Ensure merchandise is clean, tagged, functional, and ready for customer demonstrations, Prepare returned items to be showroom-ready within company timelines, Verify pricing and displays follow company standards.
  • Assist with Deliveries & Operations: Prepare merchandise ahead of scheduled deliveries, Help coordinate delivery routes for efficiency, Track inventory accessories such as remote controls and owner’s manuals.
