About The Position

Join Our Team at Boot Factory Outlet! Every boot tells a story — and at Boot Factory Outlet, we’re proud to be a leader in the western and work boot industry. With over 20,000 pairs of boots from top national brands including Justin, J.B. Dillon, Masterson, Harley-Davidson, Sterling River, and more, we’re looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Sales Associates. As a Sales Associate, you’ll help create a welcoming shopping experience while assisting customers in finding the perfect pair of boots and apparel.

Requirements

Friendly, outgoing individuals who enjoy working with people
Strong communication and customer service skills
Team players who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
High school diploma or GED preferred
Able to lift up to 50 pounds, bending, climbing, reaching, and standing/walking for the entire shift
Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.
Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.

Nice To Haves

Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and personalized product recommendations
Help customers find the right fit and style through strong product knowledge
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
Work as part of a team to achieve sales goals and deliver a great customer experience
Stay up to date on current promotions, products, and store policies
