About The Position

Join our team as a Temporary Seasonal Sales/Utility Associate at Cole Hardware! We are looking for individuals with extensive knowledge of hardware-related products, home & garden, plumbing, electrical, paint, construction, tools, and power tools, or a strong willingness to learn. The primary responsibilities include maintaining outstanding customer service, generating sales, merchandising products, and supporting the store management team. At Cole Hardware, we emphasize creating positive customer interactions and operating with professionalism, enthusiasm, and goodwill towards customers and coworkers. This role requires a self-starter and an independent individual.

Requirements

Retail experience preferred (especially in hardware, paint, tools, electrical and plumbing)
A professional, team-oriented attitude
Ability to stand, lift, and move stock as needed
Weekend and evening availability

Uphold merchandising, inventory, and store cleanliness standards and procedures
Maintain well-stocked, well-organized departments, and back-stock areas
Be responsive of safety issues & be conscious of shoplifting activity
