About The Position
The Part Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora @ Macy's King of Prussia delivers a world-class customer experience, exceeds sales goals, and finds engaging ways to attract customers. The associate shares product knowledge and inspires customers to style their jewellery, helping them express their stories and passions. This flexible, part-time position provides support during peak hours, high-traffic periods, special events, and when additional store coverage is needed. Scheduling varies with business needs and may include periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times. Hours may range from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons. An assessment will be emailed to applicants after they submit an application.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to sell and achieve results.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and during peak business periods.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
- Ability to accommodate schedules that vary with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours.
