About The Position

HUGO BOSS is seeking a Part Time Sales Associate for its Macy's Shop in Pleasonton. The role represents the brand by delivering exceptional customer experiences, presenting merchandise, and executing operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The Sales Associate serves customers, drives personal sales through relationship selling and client development, follows store procedures and policies, supports health and safety practices, and helps build relationships with the local community.

Requirements

Two to three years of specialty retail sales experience.
Strong customer service and selling experience.
Independence, self-motivation, attention to detail, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.
