About The Position

Develop personal clientele and be instrumental in the development, enhancement and success of the Jimmy Choo brand.

Requirements

• Must be able to represent the brand through client interactions (in-store and virtually) and act as a brand ambassador in the community
• Must be able to fulfill key-holder responsibilities (i.e., store opening and closing, cash handling and financial responsibilities)
• Must maintain a high level of product knowledge
• Must provide prompt, attentive and knowledgeable assistance to all clients and ensure the highest service standards are maintained at all times
• Must adhere to sales standards
• Must adhere to cash wrap standards
• Must manage client book
• Must manage inventory
• Must provide customer and after sales service
• Must be able to help clients make selections and assist in the try-on process
• Must ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures and directives
• Must be able to clock in and out for attendance/reporting for work (Ulti-Pro)
• Must be able to navigate through UltiPro Portal
• Must adhere to uniform and grooming standards
• Must adhere to lunch and afternoon break policies
• Must adhere to locker policies
• Must maintain organization at the workplace
• Must follow procedures for requests for time off, including sick days, vacation days, personal days / schedule requests
• Must follow end-of-day procedures (i.e. bag checks)
• Must cultivate and maintain excellent clientele relationships with consistent follow up as needed, including phone calls and emails, thank you letters, and shipping merchandise out-of-town
• Must maintain high productivity (consistently achieve and where possible, exceed monthly sales targets)
• Must proactively identify and pursue opportunities to achieve financial targets and increase sales
• Must be able to assist with inventory and special projects as needed
• Associates should be able to effectively cover Back of House as needed and perform various inventory as well as Shipping / Receiving tasks
• Must ensure visual standards are maintained at all times
• Must understand the terminology associated with Jimmy Choo shoes and accessories
• Must be proficient with the register system(s)
• Must be able to merchandise product
