As a Sales Associate, you will be an essential part of the customer experience, representing the Spring Step Shoes brand with confidence, care, and enthusiasm. You’ll help customers find the perfect fit while contributing to a welcoming and high-energy store environment.

Requirements

• Friendly, reliable team players with a passion for helping customers
• Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced retail environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs as needed
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
