About The Position

Boot Country and Boot Factory Outlet are growing and are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join their team. They are hiring full-time Sales Associates, Stock Associates, and Management Team Members for their locations in Downtown Nashville and Opry Mills. This is an opportunity to start a career with one of Nashville's favorite boot retailers in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where outstanding customer service is valued.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and enjoy working as part of a team
Can access all areas of the store, including the sales floor, stockroom, and registers
Can safely perform the physical duties required in a retail environment
Able to lift up to 50 pounds, bending, climbing, reaching, and standing/walking for the entire shift
Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.
Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
