About The Position
Bath Depot is a proudly Canadian, family-owned business specializing in bathroom, kitchen, and lighting products. With over 350 employees and 49 stores across the country, our mission is to reinvent the home renovation shopping experience. We are currently looking for a Sales Associate to join the team at our Saskatoon Store. Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of retail sales experience
- Available to work days, evenings, and weekends
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Demonstrates autonomy, initiative, and a positive attitude
- Strong judgment and a solution-oriented mindset
- Holds a high school diploma or is currently working toward one
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets
- Build trust and loyalty by providing exceptional customer service
- Contribute to the store’s daily operations
- Deepen your product knowledge and share it with customers
- Play a key role in the success of the team
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable shopping experience
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Be driven by sales objectives and performance indicators (SPH, DPT, etc.)
- Understand and apply company policies and procedures
- Engage in ongoing learning and share knowledge with the team
- Adhere to and promote health and safety standards
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Highlight and optimize in-store promotions
- Contribute to visual merchandising efforts
