About The Position

Miller International Inc., manufacturer of Cinch® and Cruel®, is seeking enthusiastic part-time and seasonal Sales Associates for its Cinch Factory Store in North Denver. The role involves providing customer service, processing transactions, supporting selling efforts and store goals, maintaining merchandise and work areas, and helping fellow employees. The store closes at 6 PM every day, so the position does not involve late-night shifts. The pay is $18.00 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Have an outgoing, positive demeanor and strong teamwork skills.
Have superior customer service knowledge and excellent communication skills.
Be able to perform simple math, including percentages.
Be able to work weekends and some holiday shifts.
Be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
Be able to stand and walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

Consistently demonstrate Miller's Customer First standards.
Perform point-of-sale transactions quickly and accurately in accordance with cash control procedures and customer service guidelines.
Proactively resolve customer concerns and lead selling and service efforts during scheduled shifts.
Assist in meeting store goals by ensuring appropriate floor coverage and maintaining a selling focus.
Keep the register area clean, neat, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Restock returned merchandise in the correct sales-floor location and label and place damaged or defective merchandise in the appropriate area at the end of each shift.
Follow Loss Prevention policies and advise management of unusual internal or external activity.
Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge, completing tasks, and assisting with customer interactions.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned.
