About The Position

This role involves a variety of administrative and customer-facing tasks within the organics sales department. The Sales Associate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, general dispatching, collecting payments, scheduling deliveries, and tracking jobs. Additionally, they will perform general office tasks and make sales calls. The position also includes other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Proven customer support experience.
• Strong phone contact handling skills.
• Customer orientated.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Detail oriented.
