About The Position

The Sales Associate role at LEGO® stores is centered on delivering an exceptional experience to every guest. This involves greeting customers, handling cash register operations, and maintaining a professional and engaging demeanor. Key responsibilities also include ensuring a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment by performing daily cleaning, maintaining displays, and adhering to LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards. Associates are expected to efficiently manage the store stockroom, assist with merchandise receiving, maintain stockroom standards, and comply with safety regulations, reporting any potential shortage situations to management. The role also involves resolving customer issues, engaging with customers, and utilizing promotional materials and loyalty programs, alongside general store operational tasks. Responsibilities

  • Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times
  • Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards
  • Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations
  • Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to manager
  • Customer engagement
  • Use of promotional materials, loyalty programs
  • Typically, responsible for store operational tasks in duty
