Squared Away is seeking a commission-based sales associate to join our Client Experience team. This role involves taking sales calls and Zoom meetings with potential clients, managing conversations from initial contact to a signed contract, and accurately communicating company processes while enthusiastically selling the mission and service. The associate will operate within HubSpot, maintain sales blocks, and log detailed sales notes. A key aspect of this role is demonstrating strong interpersonal communication skills, open-mindedness, and curiosity across a variety of personalities, while also being comfortable engaging with individuals who hold different views in a neutral manner. Empathy and social awareness are core pillars of the sales team’s success at this inclusive company. The associate must maintain professionalism on all personal social media platforms, as they represent the company visually. Staying up-to-date on social and political topics, and understanding Venture Capital and startup culture, or demonstrating a willingness to learn, is also important.
