About The Position

POP MART is a global pop-culture and designer-toy brand with 550+ stores and 2,300 Robo Shops across 30+ countries. As we continue to expand across Australia and New Zealand, we're looking for passionate and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our growing retail team. This is a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment, ideal for people who enjoy customer interaction, thrive during busy trading periods, and want to grow with a global brand.

Requirements

• Confident and customer-focused
• Passionate about retail, pop culture or collectibles
• Energised by fast-paced environments
• Reliable, positive and adaptable
• Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
• Availability to work 3–4 days per week is required
• Available to work at least one weekend day and one late-night trading shift each week
• Flexibility to support business needs, peak trading periods and major product launches is expected
• Availability throughout peak trading periods, including November to January, is essential
• Full and permanent Australian working rights are required

Responsibilities

• Engage customers confidently and provide friendly, energetic service
• Share product knowledge and introduce new collections
• Support sales through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Replenish stock and maintain visual merchandising standards
• Support deliveries, stock counts and inventory accuracy
• Keep the store clean, organised and customer-ready
• Process transactions accurately through POS systems
• Follow store procedures and loss prevention standards
• Support product launches and peak trading periods
