About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will engage guests as they enter the store, demonstrate our products in their hair, and highlight the various hairstyles they can achieve with our jewelry items. You will provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues, and create a welcoming shopping environment. Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store appearance is also a key responsibility.
Requirements
- Previous retail experience, preferably in hair-related products.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and empathetic.
- Loves interacting with people and creating connections.
- Strong at sales without being pushy.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
