PT Temporary Sales Associate - Lee Wrangler Clearance Center
About The Position
Kontoor Brands is seeking a PT Temporary Sales Associate for their Lee Wrangler Clearance Center. This role involves embracing the brands, engaging with customers, assisting them with their needs, and maintaining store operations and visual merchandising standards. The position requires a positive attitude, teamwork, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Essential functions include operating office equipment, standing for up to 8 hours, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally, pushing/pulling merchandise racks, and performing tasks requiring manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Embrace the brands by wearing the brands at work and having a passion for the Lee and Wrangler products.
- Greet each customer.
- Actively engage customers on the sales floor by asking open-ended questions.
- Assist customers in the fitting room.
- Suggest the best products for the customers’ needs.
- Follow all company and store policies, processes, and procedures.
- React quickly to all customers and/or associate injuries and report them immediately to the manager on duty.
- Follow all directions regarding visual merchandising standards for the store.
- Respect the background, experience, and unique differences of others, upholding the integrity and values of Kontoor Brands.
- Promote an environment that encourages participation, creativity, and learning by sharing best practices and ideas.
- Continuously look for ways to make the store sustainable and recognize the impact the store has on the environment.

- Operate office equipment and technology (i.e., cash register, computers, phones, scanners, etc.).
- Stand during scheduled shifts for up to 8 hours.
- Walk and move to assist customers, retrieve merchandise and recover the store.
- Maneuver and/or lift up to 25 lbs regularly, and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Push/pull full racks of merchandise for restocking the store.
- Reach, stretch, bend, stoop, and crouch to retrieve items from shelves, restock, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Perform manual labor occasionally to assemble displays and/or rearrange the store layout.
- Use fine manipulation, and grasp with hands to sort and organize clothing, ex. place on hangers, folding, organize in color/size order.
