About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is hiring a Sales Associate for its Express brand at Pleasant Prairie Premium. The role is responsible for providing retail customers with a great in-store shopping experience and assisting with store tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise. Associates help maintain a safe, clean, and inviting store environment while delivering customer service and supporting store operations.

The position requires a high school education or equivalent and at least six months of relevant experience, with 0–2 years listed. Applicants must be proficient with technology such as iPads and registers, meet the store’s availability criteria, and meet the physical requirements of the role. Previous retail experience is preferred.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• At least six months of relevant job experience; the posting lists 0–2 years.
• Proficiency with technology, including iPads and registers.
• Availability that meets defined criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers, the sales leadership team, and associates.
• Collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room so the store is safe and inviting to customers.
• Follow company policies and procedures to help ensure the safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to company standard operating procedures.
• Deliver all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait time.
• Resolve customer service issues positively, determine a resolution or escalate when needed, and communicate issues and resolutions to Store Management.
• Promote credit and loyalty member programs by explaining their benefits and encouraging customer participation.
• Assist with additional store tasks, including stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise.
• Perform other essential functions as directed by a supervisor.
