About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC, which operates the Express and Bonobos brands, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for its Express store at Parkway Plaza. The Sales Associate provides customers with a great in-store shopping experience and assists with stocking, cleaning, folding merchandise, and other store tasks. The role includes maintaining safe, clean, and organized store areas; supporting product launches; processing transactions; resolving customer-service issues; and promoting credit and loyalty programs. Additional essential functions may be assigned by a supervisor.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant job experience, with a minimum of 6 months.
• Proficiency using technology such as iPads and registers.
• Availability that meets defined criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.
• Customer-service skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers, sales leadership, and associates.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; the company does not sponsor work visas for this position.

• Previous retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout area, fitting room, and stock room so the store is safe and inviting to customers.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to company standard operating procedures.
• Deliver all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait times.
• Resolve customer-service issues positively, determine an appropriate resolution or escalate the issue, and communicate issues and resolutions to Store Management.
• Promote credit and loyalty member programs by explaining their benefits and encouraging customer participation.
• Assist with stocking, cleaning, folding merchandise, and other store tasks.
• Perform other essential functions as directed by a supervisor.
