About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC operates the Express and Bonobos brands. Express is a multichannel apparel brand offering modern, confident and effortless styles through retail and outlet stores, its website, and mobile app. The Sales Associate joins the Express team at Easton Town Center and provides customers with a positive in-store shopping experience while helping with store tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise.

The role includes maintaining clean and organized sales and back-of-house areas, following safety procedures, supporting product launches, processing transactions, resolving customer issues, and encouraging participation in credit and loyalty programs. Other essential functions may be assigned by a supervisor.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant job experience; a minimum of 6 months is specified.
• Proficiency using technology, including iPads and registers.
• Availability that meets defined criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.
• Customer service skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers, sales leadership, and associates.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; PHOENIX does not sponsor work visas for this position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room so the store is safe and inviting.
• Follow company policies and procedures to support the safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to company standard operating procedures.
• Deliver all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait time.
• Resolve customer service issues positively, determine a resolution or escalate the issue, and communicate issues and resolutions to Store Management.
• Explain the benefits of credit and loyalty member programs and encourage customer participation.
• Perform additional essential functions as directed by a supervisor.
• Assist with stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise.
