About The Position

Aaron’s Sales Associates engage with customers on the showroom floor, help them select products, and contribute to a positive sales environment. The role also involves cleaning, organizing, and moving merchandise, performing clerical tasks such as creating and maintaining customer files, and assisting customers in person and by telephone. The work can be physically demanding; training and tools are provided to support safe handling of merchandise.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Able to work a schedule of hours varying from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with assistance and appropriate equipment and/or another associate.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work as a team player with a focus on shared goals.
Desire to make a positive difference for customers.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
High energy and ability to effectively perform all store functions.
Proper telephone etiquette.
Professional appearance.
