About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC operates the Express and Bonobos brands. Express is a multichannel apparel brand focused on modern, confident, and effortless style. The Sales Associate provides a great in-store shopping experience while assisting with tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise. The position is at the Liberty Town Center store.

Requirements

High school education or equivalent.
At least 6 months of relevant job experience; the posting lists 0–2 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency with technology, including iPads and registers.
Availability meeting defined criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
Ability to meet the position’s physical requirements.
Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with customers.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers, sales leadership, and associates.
Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
Currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; the company does not sponsor work visas for this position.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to keep the store safe and inviting.
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of associates and customers.
Assist with product launch changes according to company standard operating procedures.
Deliver all aspects of the customer experience model.
Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait times.
Resolve customer service issues positively, determine a resolution or escalate when needed, and communicate issues and resolutions to Store Management.
Explain the benefits of credit and loyalty programs and encourage customer participation.
Perform other essential functions as directed by a supervisor.
