About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you represent the J.Crew brand with personal style and passion, bringing welcoming energy to the sales floor. You help customers discover their look and collaborate with team members and managers to support business success. The role focuses on creating a seamless, authentic customer experience through collaboration, kindness, and inclusivity. You also drive sales, assist with store operations and product-related tasks, and share customer feedback with management.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Passionately support the brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Bend, reach, and stretch for product, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).

Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless and authentic customer experience that is an extension of the brand.
• Drive sales while exceeding selling and service expectations for customers.
• Assist with operational and product-driven store tasks assigned by the management team while acting in a manner aligned with brand values.
• Share customer feedback and insights with the management team.
