Part Time Sales Associate - HEB - Marble Falls, TX
About The Position
The main duties of Part Time Sales Associates are to greet and assist the guests in their selection and purchase of merchandise. This opportunity is at our HEB location in Marble Falls, TX. You will demonstrate effective guest service skills and resolve guest issues effectively. You will enter guest data and other sales data for guests into POS (sales, returns, special orders, engraving, repairs) completely and accurately and obtain proper signatures on guest sales. You will present jewelry from stock/cases to guest and replace items in correct areas when sale is completed. You will repair, polish or solder jewelry (if over 18). You will utilize the GUESTS program when interacting with guests on sales floor or phone and when handling guest owned jewelry. You will provide knowledgeable service to guests on product information utilizing in-store tools/training. You will box and wrap sales for gift presentation. You will achieve established individual Key performance metrics and assist Store Management in achieving store Key Performance Indicator Metrics. You will assist Store Management in meeting company standards in overall store presentation. You will assist with daily housekeeping and maintenance duties and attend all required meetings. You will consistently demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills; a strong attention to detail and a high degree of organizational skills. You must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
