Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role
People describe you as warm, attentive, and easy to talk to
You enjoy learning and take pride in becoming genuinely knowledgeable
You're organized, reliable, and comfortable with basic technology
You want work that feels meaningful - not just a paycheck

No jewelry experience required. We've brought people in from all kinds of backgrounds and built them into confident sales consultants. What we can't teach is genuine care for people - that has to come from you.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients into our showroom and take time to understand what they're looking for
Guide guests through our collections - from $100 to $100,000 - with patience and care
Build lasting relationships through personalized follow-up and genuine attention
Learn fine jewelry and gemstones (we teach you everything - no prior experience needed)
Support daily store operations as a true team player
