Responsibilities

Responsible for the upkeep, cleanliness, maintenance, and restocking of the main store and back storage areas.
Intercept phone calls, build quotes and orders for pick-up or delivery, and assist customers with all their needs upon entering the store.
Engage in face-to-face, phone, and electronic sales.
Utilize exceptional customer service and sales skills to meet or exceed company sales and margin goals.
Understand the marketplace and product features.
Work to meet prospect customers’ needs.
Employ effective suggestive selling, upgrade selling, and add-on sales techniques.
Utilize effective closing techniques.
Follow up on quotes to convert them into orders.
Share expertise with others.
