Requirements

Proven experience in Sales, preferably in furniture, appliances, or retail.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to engage and connect with customers.
Basic math skills for handling sales transactions.
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in English; bilingual skills are a bonus.
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.

Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Engage with customers in the store, assess their needs, and guide them to suitable products.
Stay knowledgeable about all product categories, including furniture, flooring, and appliances.
Present financing options and explain promotions clearly to customers.
Build and maintain trust-based relationships with customers to foster repeat business.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service and follow company processes.
Maintain a clean and organized showroom, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
