As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of the brand, creating memorable shopping experiences by engaging with customers, sharing product knowledge, and providing outstanding service. You will also contribute to the store's success through sales, visual merchandising, and operational excellence. This position will support the store during peak season with the potential for transition to regular employment.

Requirements

  • 0-1 year of relevant experience.
  • Ability to genuinely and comfortably engage with a diverse group of customers.
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient computer skills including basic retail systems and applications.
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting light to moderate weight, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Retail experience is a plus.
