About The Position

America's Best, part of National Vision, is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to support customers and store operations. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, helping customers choose eyewear, and supporting store sales goals. The associate may dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training as permitted by state law. Responsibilities and work practices may vary by location to meet state licensing or credential requirements. Stores are closed every Sunday.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Skilled at multitasking and handling a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training, as permitted by state law.
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care.
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records.
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
