Requirements
- Strong ability to develop long lasting client relationships in a fast paced luxury environment
- Natural curiosity for people and an inherent need to provide excellent service
- Ability to effectively communicate in person and in writing
- Valid work authorization for employment in the USA

- Bachelors degree or jewelry certification
- 7 years of experience
Responsibilities
- Achieving sales goals by providing exceptional service
- Attending social functions within the community to generate new business
- Inviting current and prospective clients to in-boutique events
- Reaching out through curated clienteling tools
- Overseeing CRM initiatives including client data capture and accuracy, communication on novelties and events, gifting campaigns, and clientele reporting
- Assisting in display setup each morning, display breakdown in the evening, and maintaining the aesthetic quality of the Boutique
- Ability to travel as required
