About The Position

The Sales Associate delivers an outstanding customer experience by providing exceptional service, engaging with customers, identifying their needs, offering personalized recommendations, and promoting the store’s membership program. The role contributes to sales performance and store success by connecting with customers, maintaining a positive and welcoming environment, and promoting products with enthusiasm and energy. The position also supports store operations through visual merchandising, accurate point-of-sale transactions, inventory management, maintaining a clean and professional store, and participating in promotions and sales events. It requires accessing and organizing stock in high storage areas while following safety protocols. The schedule is flexible to support business needs and may include days, evenings, weekends, potential overnight shifts, and travel as necessary.

Requirements

Strong communication skills.

Basic math abilities.
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Promptly greet and assist customers, including managing multiple customers at once.
Anticipate and fulfill customer needs by using product knowledge to assess preferences, answer questions, guide customers to merchandise, and provide tailored recommendations.
Use suggestive selling techniques and stay knowledgeable about product availability.
Maintain organized and attractive product displays in accordance with visual merchandising standards.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
Perform inventory tasks, including restocking and product organization.
Demonstrate product knowledge to recommend and sell merchandise effectively.
Maintain a clean and professional store environment.
Participate in store promotions and sales events.
